Motion Graphics using After Effects

Course Description:


This beginner-level course introduces students to the fundamentals of motion graphics using Adobe After Effects, one of the world's leading software applications for animation and visual effects. Designed for learners with little or no prior experience, the course focuses on building a strong foundation in motion design principles and essential animation techniques.


Students will learn the After Effects interface, project organization, keyframe animation, basic motion graphics, typography animation, shape layers, masks, transitions, and audio synchronization. Through practical exercises and creative projects, they will gain hands-on experience in creating animated titles, logo animations, social media posts, promotional videos, and basic motion graphics compositions.


By the end of the course, students will be able to confidently create simple, visually engaging animations and understand the basic workflow required for motion graphics production.

What you'll need

Ltd. and serves as Director – Education & Skilling at ABAI, Bengaluru. Throughout his career, he has mentored aspiring artists, designed industry-oriented curricula, and established strong collaborations between academia and the creative industry.
